T.C is currently the Lieutenant in charge of the Santa Monica Bike Beach Patrol. A Zen surfer, his hobbies include restoring classic muscle cars from the sixties and early seventies.

A reliable, by the book bike cop who takes her job seriously but still has room for a sense of humor. This season, Cory became the Sargent and has to deal with fact that she is pregnant.

A former Naval Officer who is new to law enforcement and even
newer to the Bike Patrol. She is married to T.C.

Amy is a female rookie officer just out of the academy. She shares the Party House with Russ. She's strong, intelligent and good-looking. New to the streets, she often makes mistakes but is very careful in covering her tracks.

Bobby is a good-looking, intelligent, Hispanic, who we find working for a college campus security force. In good physical shape and mature for his age, he's in charge of his 15-year old sister, Teresa, after the death of their parents at the hands of a drunk driver who beat the rap through political connections. Formerly an officer with LAPD, he left the force after repeated incidents of "excessive force" in dealing with suspects on the streets, a result of the residual anger at the death of his parents. In the first episode, T.C. Callaway discovers his dark past, realizes he was a good cop and brings him into the Pacific Blue unit.
